Meet The Crew

The team that gets the job done — rain or shine, mud or dust.

The Freedom Forestry crew - Andrew, Brenda, Tim, and Frank

Left to right: Andrew (the boss), Brenda (the truck), Tim (the trailer), and Frank (the tank)

Andrew - Owner and Operator

Andrew

Boss Man — Owner & Operator

20+ years in the Air Force keeping jets fueled at 30,000 feet taught Andrew one thing: if it moves, make it show up on time. Now he wrangles a truck, trailer, and 17,113-lb tank of a mulcher across the Florida Panhandle. Some days it's easier than mid-air refueling. Most days it's not.

He triple-checks the schedule, changes Brenda's oil himself, and still has to remind Frank, "We don't mulch the client's mailbox." The crew runs smooth because Andrew refuses to let it run any other way.

Brenda - 2022 Ford F-450

Brenda

The Workhorse — 2022 Ford F-450

Brenda doesn't rush and she doesn't break. Slow, steady, and built like a brick outhouse, this 475-hp diesel lady hauled Andrew, Tim and Frank from Pensacola to Panama City and back since day one without missing a beat.

Brenda doesn’t travel solo. Tim’s always tagging along — job sites, fuel stops, anywhere the work is. Never complains, never wanders. Honestly, that kind of loyalty is hard to find these days.

She runs best on country music, holds a grudge against potholes, and gives Andrew the cold shoulder if he forgets to wash her on Friday. True professional. Zero complaints.

Tim - 25ft Gooseneck Trailer

Tim

Tiny Tim — 25ft Gooseneck Trailer

Don't let the name fool you — Tim's 25 feet of pure "shut up and hold this." 24,000-pound capacity, zero drama, never calls in sick. He quietly carries Frank to every job, lets him take all the glory, and never once whines about the load.

And yeah — Tim and Brenda stick together. He just follows her lead, keeps the load steady, and shows up ready to work. Quiet guy, but dependable. Can’t ask for more.

Rumor has it he's been eyeing new tires and fresh paint but he's too humble to ask. Strong, silent, and the reason nothing ever falls off on the highway.

Frank - CAT 275XE Forestry Mulcher

Frank

Frank the Tank — CAT 275XE + Forestry Mulcher

Frank doesn't clear land. He deletes it. This turbo charged 122-HP CAT 275XE tracked skid steer sporting a HM416 drum mulcher turns trees, brush, and overgrown pasture into confetti before breakfast and still wants seconds.

He’s also a Swiss Army knife on tracks — swap in the bucket, root rake, or grapple and he’ll dig, rake, yank, or grab whatever you point at.

He’s loud, proud, and he only knows one word: “MORE.” More trees. More fuel. More DEF. More trees. Andrew keeps him on a short leash — until it’s showtime. Then Frank goes full send. Every. Single. Time.
